The Ethiopian World Federation was incorporated in Harlem, New York Sept. 25, 1937 by Dr. Malaku Bayen along with citizens of Harlem, New York. He was a graduate of Howard University and was His Imperial Majesty’s cousin, his personal physician and Emissary.
The citizens of Harlem were raising funds to provide aid to Ethiopia and her Refugees and to send the many who volunteered to Ethiopia during the Roman/Italian invasion and poison gas holocaust which lasted from 1935. But the conflict and holocaust never ended. It continues to this day in the worldwide racist agenda our people face daily from those who continue to wage war against us – seeking to debase and annihilate God’s chosen children.
